This project was from another service-learning project at Westminster College. My team and I researched and analyzed the business Movement Training Day, along with its competitors, to provide the information our client needed to make informed marketing decisions to grow their business. This project taught me how to understand a company from the inside out and learn what their brand values are, and how to use those values to effectively communicate those to potential customers. During this project, we developed a client analysis, created customer personas, put together a competitive analysis, and delivered marketing suggestions and tactics to our client. My team and I were able to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and execute work around our deadlines and pandemic restraints to put together a strong final product.
