Podcasting

During my time working for the school news organization, The Forum, I was able to hone my skills for interviewing and communicating stories with a large audience. The medium I found I could best express a narrative and conduct an informative interview was through podcasts. I recorded two podcasts for The Forum, and along with the podcast, I would provide a written story to provide context for the audio. To make my podcasts stand out, I used my knowledge of audio production to make the vocal recordings sound professional and included original music for the intros and outros. These podcasts helped me become comfortable working in different mediums. I was able to create an organic conversation with guided questions.
